Super Shredders

Super ShreddersSuper Shredders, a division of the Barbara Olson Center of Hope, was founded in 1999 as a way for the Center to support its operational costs while providing employment for the participants and a service to the community. Initially, Super Shredders started with large console shredding units into which participants of the Center fed documents. In 2001, with the cooperation of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Super Shredders expanded and upgraded its facility. Today, we have high speed shredding equipment along with state-of-the-art surveillance equipment. Super Shredders has emerged as the area’s trusted source for secure document destruction. We maintain regular pickup routes throughout the area and continue to expand our service. This business has also expanded into product destruction.

  • Shredding of sensitive and confidential papers
  • Bonded and secure facility
  • 24-hour closed circuit TV monitoring
  • Locked office containers for accumulation of
    documents for pickup
  • Destruction verification letter provided
  • Able to handle thousands of pounds per day
  • Large office clean outs
  • Save on in-house labor and increase your security
  • Recycling of cardboard, aluminum, and other materials

Success Story

"We have been a customer of Super Shredders in different capacities with different companies for close to ten years. As a business owner, we want to give back to organizations that are a real asset to the community and helping individuals better themselves. The level of service and professionalism is wonderful. They even bring GourMutts treats for our company mascot."
– Kevin D. Rudy, President, Lee County Title, Inc.
