New Cultural Arts classes

The Center of Hope is launching a new Cultural Arts program. Choir class has begun and starting this month, we will be offering classes such as yoga and dance. In addition, there will be a social motor group and plant club. We’ve designated a new Cultural Arts Room to house the classes.

“The Cultural Arts program will offer the participants more variety in their day and chance to join a class of their interest with a variety of their peers. They will get to learn new skills and be more active,” said Kelley Peterson, director of participant services

Angela Golden, QIDP and choir instructor, added, “I think it is important for the participants to have choices of activities that they are interested in and enjoy doing. The participants enjoy singing and being able to socialize with peers.”
