Barbara Olson Center of Hope is proud to announce it has received a grant from The Blazer Foundation to purchase a new small SUV for transferring individuals with developmental disabilities into the community.

This vehicle will allow the Center of Hope to cost-effectively transport individuals with developmental disabilities into the community, providing a positive impact for both them and the community. The individuals will be able to work on personal goals, community inclusion, social interaction and physical mobility.

“The new SUV will let the participants get out into the community in smaller, safer groups and also provide transportation to our community jobs,” said Kelley Peterson, director of participant services.
