DIETMAR GOELLNER

Dietmar Goellner immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1958 at the age of two, alongside his father, Willy Goellner, who would later found Advanced Machine & Engineering in 1966. Raised in manufacturing, Dietmar developed an appreciation for the industry early on, working in the shop throughout his high school years. He later earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, followed by an MBA from Rockford University.

Today, Dietmar serves as Chairman and CEO of Hennig Inc., leading a global family business defined by innovation, resilience, and long-term vision. Founded in Germany in 1950 and established in the United States in 1978, Hennig has grown into a global leader in machine tool peripherals, including workholding solutions, machine protection, chip and coolant management systems, and power protection solutions. With a reputation for engineering excellence and reliability, the company serves manufacturers and critical infrastructure industries around the world.
